HotelOS is AI-native. Every tier includes a monthly allowance of Actions — discrete pieces of work the platform does on your behalf. Usage beyond the allowance is billed per 1,000 Actions at the rates below, and any monthly cap is written into your order form.

What counts as one Action

A guest reply drafted, a sentiment scored, a forecast run, a custom dashboard answered, a recovery routed, a menu re-costed. One completed piece of AI work — one Action.

What's included

30 Actions per room on Studio, 150 on Property, 200 on Group (pooled across the portfolio), 300+ on Enterprise. The allowances are sized to leave headroom.

Overage, if you go past

$14 per 1,000 Actions for the first band, dropping to $10 then $8 as you scale. We never silently switch you to a cheaper model on a guest reply.

A monthly cap, in writing

If you want a maximum on monthly AI spend, we write it into your order form before go-live. There is no self-serve spending control in Command today.

How do HotelOS Actions work?

Every tier includes a monthly allowance of HotelOS Actions — each completed reply, draft, forecast, dashboard answer or recovery routing counts as one. Property tier includes 150 Actions per room, per month. If you exceed the allowance, overage starts at $14 per 1,000 Actions and drops as you scale. Any monthly cap on AI spend is agreed in your order form.

Is this priced per room, per user, or per module?

Per room, per month. Operator users are unlimited within a property — your front office, housekeeping, F&B and finance teams are all included. External seats (auditors, bookkeepers) are 5 included per property, additional at $45/seat/month. Calm Kitchen is a separate engagement with its own scope, terms and venue acceptance.

What does implementation actually cost?

We publish the range, fixed-fee, payable on go-live — not at contract signature. Studio is $4,500 flat (assisted onboarding). Property is $13,000 to $24,000 scaled by room count and integration complexity. Group is $33,000 to $90,000. Enterprise is bespoke. Travel and expenses are included; no T&E line items. The fixed-fee is the number on the contract.

What contract length do you require?

Studio and Property tiers are annual. Group and Enterprise are typically 24 months with a published price-protection cap of 7% per renewal. We do not impose minimum commitments on rooms — your invoice scales as you grow or contract. Seasonal pause is available for off-season properties at no charge.

Can my CFO set a hard maximum on the monthly bill?

Yes, in writing. A monthly maximum for AI spend can be written into your order form before go-live, and your invoice stays within it. There is no self-serve spending control in Command today.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Workspace data remains available for export for 30 days after termination, with assistance at no charge. Deletion follows the DPA, including backup deletion within 90 days. Cancellation and any refund rights follow your order form and Terms of Service.

HotelOS is business software from Island Inventions Inc., San Francisco. It brings hotel operations together above your existing PMS and finance systems. Each property starts with a scope agreed in writing.

Start with a defined operating scope.

We agree the property, modules, users and workflows before onboarding. Product pages describe the intended capabilities; availability and limitations are confirmed for your deployment. Calm Kitchen is a separate engagement.

02 / Connections

Confirm your systems before committing.

Integration categories are areas to assess, not a list of certified connectors. We confirm supported data, read/write permissions, provider approvals and implementation requirements for your specific systems.

03 / Commercials

Put the terms in writing.

Review subscription fees, AI usage, onboarding costs, third-party charges, renewal, cancellation and support coverage in your proposal and order form. A demo request creates no account, subscription or payment obligation.

04 / Control

Keep people accountable.

Your team remains responsible for access permissions, lawful data sharing and reviewing AI output and financial decisions. Review the privacy policy, DPA, data export and deletion terms before connecting operational data.
