Know what you are signing up for.

HotelOS is business software from Island Inventions Inc., San Francisco. It brings hotel operations together above your existing PMS and finance systems. Each property starts with a scope agreed in writing.

01 / Scope

Start with a defined operating scope.

We agree the property, modules, users and workflows before onboarding. Product pages describe the intended capabilities; availability and limitations are confirmed for your deployment. Calm Kitchen is a separate engagement.

02 / Connections

Confirm your systems before committing.

Integration categories are areas to assess, not a list of certified connectors. We confirm supported data, read/write permissions, provider approvals and implementation requirements for your specific systems.

03 / Commercials

Put the terms in writing.

Review subscription fees, AI usage, onboarding costs, third-party charges, renewal, cancellation and support coverage in your proposal and order form. A demo request creates no account, subscription or payment obligation.

04 / Control

Keep people accountable.

Your team remains responsible for access permissions, lawful data sharing and reviewing AI output and financial decisions. Review the privacy policy, DPA, data export and deletion terms before connecting operational data.
